I have grown up with peanuts since I was a little kid, now 26. From Watching all the episodes that originally aired to the new peanuts movie that just came out last year. I enjoyed all the older episodes way more then the cartoon network show. Something just felt off about the animation style. I didn’t like the fact that they only gave us 16 minutes of Charlie Brown. I was expecting 20 minutes with commercials to make it 30 minutes. I also thought that the stories wernt well thought out. The episode is broken up into comic strips and portrayed as such. It worked for the movie, but not for the TV show.

I did not like the white border around the animation. I wanted the full screen to be in color and sometimes it was not. Also my biggest complaint was the last comic with Lucy loving Charlie Brown and wants Charlie brown to be Preisdent so she can be first lady. Lucy hates Charlie Brown and loves Schroder. I hope this gets better, but I wont be picking this up on Blu-ray or DVD.
