When Ezra got arrested and the office smugly said he could handle a child, all I could think of was a line in “Doctor Who” where the Doctor warns that there is one thing “you should NEVER put in a trap…..me.” If the Star Destroyer is one giant computer than Ezra and Chopper are the virus wrecking havoc from inside.

I see by the other comments that it is a challenge having teen/kid-centered protagonists because they can get whiny and annoying quickly. But I’m also warming up to Ezra; he seems to progress well in his role and especially watching him cope with his fear and losses.

Ezra is sort of like Anakin in Episode 1 I suppose. Except I was far more annoyed at “Baby Anakin” as I’ve called him. :p Ezra is fine, and I’m warming up to him, I just usually prefer to have the show focus on people besides him.

I’m still behind in the show, I’ve forced myself to not watch episodes ahead until I have time to review them, but I think the last episode was what you’ve been waiting for? I didn’t click on any links, but I saw headline from Nerdist and io9 that made me think that the big, “Event” happened this week.

Interesting review. Yeah it wasn’t the strongest episode but I enjoyed it. I’ve always thought Ezra was kind of the Anakin type character on the show. I don’t see things ending well for him. I agree with you about Kanan and Rex. The squabbling is getting a little old. I’m just anxious to get to some of that stuff we saw in the trailer. They are really dragging it out.
