Man, what a missed opportunity. I’d have loved Marvel to continue story arcs for minor Disney or Pixar characters (that would have been awesome, imagine a Mr. Big comic series from Zootopia)?!

There already are a number of Disney comics being published. It’s just that most of them aren’t being published by Marvel.

IDW Entertainment has their current line of Disney comics going on, while Joe Books devoting most of their publishing output to Disney material (Marvel won’t touch Big Hero 6, so anything that isn’t a Cinecomic will be published by Joe books instead).
