Groening does nothing on the Simpsons just like with Futrama. He’s the ideas man and when it comes to making the show he surrounds himself with really talented people who pull it off.

Not that I’m not looking forward to this show but Groening probably gets more credit than he deserves.

In reply to Callum. I suppose your right considering The Simpsons cultural impact in society, however, what this new Nextflix series has going for it unlike The Simpson is complete creative freedom. I can guarantee you that Matt will provide more care and effort into this new intellectual property as its a fresh start after decades worth of maintaining The Simpsons and Futurama.
