I remember both this and the CGI sequel playing every year in Disney channel. I always liked seeing my favorite cartoon characters spending the holidays together. And LITTLE MAX. Ah he’s so cute. I love seeing him as a little kid, not the cliche teenager he is in the Goofy movies. It’s a nice change of pace. Though I remember the sequel more vividly, I still remember watching this with my parents when I was little.

It’s hard to pick a favorite among the stories. Goofy’s segment might be my least favorite, but that dinner scene with the less fortunate family was very moving.

For some reason, my brother used to think it was so funny the way Pete says “10 footers” and recites that line each year when we get our Christmas tree. I enjoy this film ok, with the duck story definitely being my favorite. Like you said, a lot of heart with the dinner scene, which is something we don’t really see from that particular group of character that often.

I had so much fun reading this! I must pop it on again this christmas, I haven’t seen it in a while. I always enjoy the Max and Goofy stuff. It’s a likeable relationship. Isn’t Max pretty much an adult in the sequel “Mickey’s Twice Upon A Christmas”? But I do agree, the last Mickey story is the best.

I love this one! Not a favorite since I had other christmas specials to watch and plus I rarely saw this one, but I still enjoyed its wonderful Disney quality ^.^

My favorite part was always the finale at the end where they all sang their story’s Christmas song theme and combined them together.
