Toy Story is one of my favorite childhood movies! I’m glad to have been little during the birth of CGI animation. The storytelling has a level of maturity that can be enjoyed by adults as much as their children.

I admire this movie more than I was a kid and its definitely because of its history and the story behind Toy Story makes me kinda hoping I could offer something just as great to the animation world someday

To be honest, I never get emotional during this one. The other two, sure, but the scene where Buzz finds out he’s really a toy was just never that sad to me. But maybe it’s just because I always hated the song playing in the background.

Toy Story was the first movie I ever saw in a theater, and I went crazy for it. It was the VHS I watched every day, and Woody and Buzz were at the top of my Christmas list (and I hear Santa had a really hard time finding them). I remember going to Disney World in 1997 when the Toy Story Parade was going on. My preschool brain exploded. We ate lunch at Pizza Planet. Looking at the place now, I see it’s a rather disappointing comparison to Pizza Planet in the film, but I didn’t even notice as a child. I just thought it was the coolest thing ever that I was eating in the real Pizza Planet.

Toy Story is special to me for all of the reasons you stated, Pablo, and also because it is, in a sense, the first example I can think of for me being a real fan something.
