Given that the blog I wrote is focused on John’s Scooby contributions I didn’t mention other characters on other cartoon programs that he gave voice to. He voiced the sinister Captain Leech in the animated “Adventures of Gulliver” series along with the good guy characters of King Pomp and Gary Gulliver. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVe1cmG5Oa4 That link takes you to an episode called “The Deep Sleep” from the Gulliver cartoon series. Captain Leech is in the first segment and later you’ll hear John Stephenson voice his other main role, King Pomp. The series comes from 1968…a year before Scooby made his debut. One of John’s last major voice roles happened in a Duck Dodgers episode called “The Green Loontern”. John voiced the character, Ganthet.

I didn’t know he voiced the Creeper from the Jeeper’s Creeper episode.

I’m certain you’ve heard his voice, though, even if the name is not familiar.
