Plot:

A dog named Spot voiced by Nathan Lane, dresses up as a boy everyday and goes to school. His owner Leonard does not approve. It’s the last day of school, and Mrs Helperman gets nominated for the N.E.A.T.O award, which is in Florida. She and Leonard, by the way they are son and mother, cannot bring Spot. Spot hears about Dr Ivan Krank, and decides to tag along with them because Dr Krank lives in Florida. Spot dresses up as Scott, and comes. After the family’s cat and bird, Pretty Boy and Mr Jolly hear more about Dr Krank, and the gross mutations of animals he makes in his lab, they decide to “rescue” Spot. When they get there, the mutt and Leonard go to the lab, where Spot becomes human, but as a monkey-Elvis-Nathan Lane hybrid. The too get rich and, dude look it up on Wikipedia.

Animation:

The animation matches the tone of the movie: goofiness overload. The over exaggerated body movements are just funny. The animation might get a little untamed, but it’s still enjoyable.

As you can see, this movie is something no animation fan should miss.
