It wasn’t Dreamwork’s best, but I’m happy something that isn’t a talking animal or more white leads saved Dreamworks a bit.

Not a fan of the movie but good for Dreamworks. I don’t know if it will hold up and it was far too expensive to make so it could still be a loser for them but we will see.

I loved this movie. I can tell it did good because the theatre was so crowded, that the manager told us to share seats.

Awesome! DreamWorks is a great company that can do great things (Rise of The Guardians, HTTYD)! I would probably put this to more of Turbo or The Croods, but still good. I really hope this makes it to 300 mil+ #ComeHome

It’s a good feat knowing that Home defeated How to train your dragon last 2010, with Home garnering $52 million on its opening weekend while the latter only gained $43 million and its sequel only $49 million.
It is good to know that a diverse, female lead defeated a typical white, male lead movie.
I now have hopes for the future of the animated movies.
