I watched the film today, and I loved it! It is exactly what it pretends to be: a fairy-tale. It remained true to the heart of what Cinderella is in a very profound way. I personally thought that they developed Cinerella’s character in a masterful way, not changing who she is, but shifting the passiveness and submissiveness to pure kindness and true humility. Seriously, I left the movie theater tonight feeling very motivated to try my best to become a better person, more patient, kind and forgiving (my hubby surely hopes I do, lol!). No need for heartbreaking twists that ruin our childhood memories or fancy action scenes. Now I can’t wait for Beauty and the Beast! (And PS, I loved Frozen Fever! It was delightful!)

This movie sucks. BORING!!!!!!! This is another cash grab. Frozen Fever blew me away. It was great. But this pile of crap? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Just saw the film today and… yeah, an 83% about sums it up.

There were one or two things that were off in the film (and don’t even get me started about that dreadfully disappointing Frozen short), but I enjoyed Cinderella a lot more than I thought I would! As long as they don’t try to squeeze a sequel out of it (again, looking at YOU Frozen), then I shall have fond feelings for the movie 🙂

I am so happy for Cinderella and I really am a ton more excited for the next adaptations we’ll soon get especially Beauty and the Beast since well its my favorite Disney movie of all time!
