Am I the only one who finds it staggering that poor Bolt didn’t gain more than a puny 1 percent? I can only imagine it’s because most voters simply haven’t seen it because that movie is brilliant, smart and positively adorable!

Plus, it’s critically acclaimed and directed by Byron Howard so it’s just odd to me that it seems like practically nobody’s seen it.

Maybe it’s just because I’m a huge dog person but seriously, Bolt is positively fantastic! I can’t understand why it’s so underrated.

In reply to Isaac Tan. It did for Best Original Song but remember Toy Story 3 was the animated blockbuster back then so it had it win and the academy hadn't expanded the number of nominees for that category yet .

Though I did vote for Frozen, Tangled was a worthy winner. Still can’t get over the fact that it didn’t even get an Oscar nomination! Sure, Toy Story 3 or How To Train Your Dragon might still have won, but not even nominating Tangled is plain disrespect. And how did “We Belong Together” beat “I See the Light” for Best Song?

Anyways, I voted for Frozen which I think its a better film than Tangled, as one of my top 10 Disney films, an interesting yet specific theme (being about winter/snow/ice/etc.), memorable songs, two leading females in a film, winning numerous accolades, and the highest grossing animated/film of 2013.
