I felt they needed to have just a bit more background on Star. Her friendship with the pony head was sudden and random. I find that more and more animated series are starting out with less and less of a true pilot episode. I feel Star would be more relatable if we knew more about her. Also the villain sucks and I’m hoping for improvement. I mean i don’t mind him being short but usually there’s an element to make up for that. This guy has an annoying voice and terrible bodyguards that can be beat up by a teenage boy. Not super threatening.
