Well, it grossed a lot more than Delgo, anyway.

Speaking of the Disney name, actually Disney deliberately kept it away from the movie, which was branded a “Touchstone” release, and both Lucasfilm and George Lucas himself were used for marketing, not the “Disney” brand at all. Of course, many people know that Lucasfilm is owned by Disney, but then again the lack of “Disney” branding is telling, and could be interpreted even by the general public as a bad sign (it certainly was by animation fans).

Whether Disney likes it or not they own this movie now, but clearly they are not proud of this, or else they would have slapped the “Disney” name all over it to take credit along with Lucasfilm–instead the latter (rightfully) takes the blame while Disney hides behind the “Touchstone” banner and “washes their hands” of it (essentially “hanging a lampshade” on the issue, saying yes we know this is bad so don’t blame us or hate us for it–just don’t come, then, because it’s unworthy of the “Disney” name).

Disney probably had to agree to advertise and widely release it, but it wasn’t “Disney” that finished it–from the beginning to the end the movie was produced by Lucasfilm Animation. The latter is now owned by Disney, but it’s not as though a different studio completed the work or was involved in any way–like Gary Rydstrom said, this is all Lucasfilm’s work.
