I think it will work, maybe thats just me, I have faith in Phil Lord and Chris Miller and I know they will do well, I wasn’t sure about the first movie and now I love it. I sort of hope it wins the Bafta against Big Hero 6

I’m not sure if I necessarily like the whole LCU thing. It works for Marvel, but for building bricks? I think they should have LEGO of that idea… Ha! Two can play the pun game! Ahem… I have a feeling however that in the end they’ll prove it to be a halfway decent idea… And as someone whose favorite animated movie of 2014 was The LEGO Movie, I guess I can’t complain too much about something that will give us more Emmet and Batman!

I don’t approve of the time skip, but we’ll see what happens. I do feel like a LCU might be a bit juvenile or not as good, but ultimately I don’t think they’re expecting a non adult fan of lego to be terribly excited about Ninjago.
