I like how the animation, though CGI and 3D, still has that feel of the traditional-animated cartoon movies and specials from the franchise with expressions and style. Also, the voices for Charlie Brown and the others sound pretty good so far, even if they were just at the end. I’m honestly surprised how genuine it sounds with actual kids playing the roles, so this makes me happy that they chose not to get “adults that play kid roles” [like Tara Strong, for example] to play the leads.

Overall, I think it’s good that we don’t have a plot yet. The Peanuts world is pretty open for possibilities, and I have a feeling that once we do get some sort of a basic plot, it won’t disappoint.
