Um.... I'm not sure what to think of this. I applaud Tyler Perry for actually bringing his classic character of Madea to animation, but her character is just... worn-out by now. I've seen the earlier movies featuring her [played by Mr. Perry himself, which I'll admit, he does a decent job of cross-dressing and I think the voice is quite funny], but the more movies he makes featuring her and her law-breaking adventures, the more boring they actually end up being. I understand what he's doing as a writer/producer/creator, but sometimes... it's just not necessary.

Case in point, this movie. From what I've seen so far, it's a typical "Madea-shenanigans" movie that has her doing more bad than good and yet it always works out for her and everyone else in the end because... Perry wills it so. Seriously, I already know that it'll end like this because all of the previous movies do in a way. No, that wasn't a spoiler for the many Madea movies he has done.

I will give it credit that the designs for the characters and the fact that it's not a CGI movie is not that bad [that's not saying it's all that good, mind you], but I think that's all I can say.

So will I actually see this movie? Probably not... but then I might just for a laugh or something [as long as I don't have to pay to rent it].
