What I understood is that everything up to the point when Anna and Kristoff get frozen did happen 30 years in the past. They only ‘catch up’ with the Storybrook folks once they get unfrozen, and only the events after that point are simultaneous.
I agree with you, it’s very confusing hahaha

I just knew Hans would be back when The Snow Queen froze Arendelle, I was like “Wait a minute, if Arendelle gets unfrozen, does that mean Hans will unfreeze too? Oh no!” And was I the only one who was worried about Sven when Hans took over the castle? Poor thing is still stuck in his clutches as we speak! :O And did Hook get Tinkerbell into the hat along with the other fairies?! I hope not!

To clarify your confusion over the time line, the curse did take place over 28 years ago, it’s likely that all the future events up until the dark curse took place at most around two years later. And I do hope the apprentice and the blue fairy had tea (Mostly because I’m a tea lover myself)!

I was crying when Anna and Elsa finally found each other and when Anna was saying her marriage vows while drowning with Kristoff!! I loved this episode. I honestly can’t wait to see the fight off of Regina and Snow! I mean it looked awesome in the promo for the next one! I was really shocked at the timeline since I thought I knew it was thirty years later but it wasn’t but it turned out it was? Talk about perfect timing! Tea or hot chocolate???? Ummm Hot chocolate I guess?? My Woah! moments were Anna and Kristoff almost drowning, seeing Hans (EEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK), that betrayl from a pirate (SHOCKER) and when Elsa had the necklace in the elevator (I knew it already but I was shocked that I called it)
Over all I adored the emotions in the episode and the fact it made me cry! That hasn’t happened since season 2 with Regina’s mom’s death! LIKE WOW!!

Great Article Blake, for some reason this has been my favourite episode of the Frozen arc, we got to see more of the OUAT characters, but would of liked to see more of the snow queen, but I loved it, it had that emotional cliffhanger which is what made me fall in love with watching OUAT, but I can’t believe next week is the last episode of the frozen arc.
