He isn’t a very effective villain but that’s what makes him so funny because Prince John’s massive ego is constantly getting deflated by Robin Hood. Love it when he screams “I’ve been robbed!” and Robin Hood and Little John just scamper away with his money. “Oooh-de-lally!!”
