As much as Azula tried to underplay it, the fact that her own mother was scared of her did have a terrible impact on her as a child. Especially as all she was trying to be was her father’s daughter. She’s that brilliant rarity of a disturbing female villain who is also complex at the same time.

I love Azula so much! I mean I love her voice, evilness, life and her design! She is by far one of my favorite villains of all time!

Azula’s breakdown in the finale made me sad and scared at the same time. I hope her story gets a conclusion in the comics.
