The 1987 film The Princess Bride? The main villain is Prince Humperdinck.

In reply to Morgan Stradling. I remember a film called Alpha and Omega, the animation was questionable and from what professional critics say, it could use some work, but it was still popular enough. So, maybe Charming won't be so bad low budget or not, at least I hope.

I’m excited for this new studio. I’m a bit wary of the low budget. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a great idea, but I’m not sure how they are going to pull it off. If the films end up looking halfway decent and the story is superb, then it’s a win!

I think the concept is pretty funny and will be a fun twist on the fairy tales. Prince Charming is a bit of an ambiguous name in fairy tales. I’m getting John Tucker Must Die vibes.

The concept art is stunning, but I do hope they try their hand at 2D animation for this film. I understand that they have a low budget, but with low budget films 2D seems to better for quality as opposed to 3D. Either way, I’m really looking forward to this one. I love fairy tales both original and reinterpreted, especially mock fairy tales.

omygod……can we stop with making fun of fairy-tale princesses with Disney’s design? sure it can be interesting, but Shrek took Disney’s snow white design to satirize it, and this too? with the same iconic blue and yellow dress? leave Disneys Snow White alone plz!
except for that complaint, the concept arts are gorgeous and im intrigued. now how about Glen Keane making his move and return hand drawn to form plz?
