I think that’s a great idea! The art that they released for Newt was so gorgeous that it really shouldn’t go to waste. I’d love to see more of what the movie could have been like.

Picture books are just another art form of storytelling and provides a great outlet for Pixar artists to showcase their own thoughts and work.

Also think we tend to forget picture books are pages and pages of ART! We (me included of course) like to gawk over “The Art of” books for animated features when it comes to concept art- well here it is ahead of time! Possibly.
