Frozen is a true Disney Classic, it’s turned heads right when it came out and it’s got the vibe of something special. If you can’t feel it, wait 10 years and find out.

Imagine Cinderella coming out in the middle of the firework display, saying “Hey! This is MY castle! If you want to freeze a castle, go build your own!”

You mean Blizzard Beach? If the Imagineers were to put a Frozen-themed attraction there, I’d expect Olaf to be front-and-center!

The late addition of the Little Mermaid ride is seen as a mistake by Disney execs and they are not planning on making the same mistake with Frozen. It’s not because they intentionally wanted to make sure they only added classics to their parks. Anyway, the parks are littered with rides that have waned in popularity (Alice in Wonderland, 3 Caballeros). If the same fate should befall Frozen, that’s just the way the cookie crumbles.

I wish Disney would just let Frozen sit for a while and see if it sticks instead of reminding us every two seconds that we “like” the movie. God forbid Disney goes two weeks without releasing some kind of Frozen news. And if the general public isn’t talking about Frozen, then Disney releases more Frozen stuff to try to remind us that we still like the movie. They need to take advice from their own movie and “Let it Go.” If Frozen is destined to be a Disney classic, then give it time and let it sit for a while and see if it sticks. If it does great! I’m sure it will, but there is a down side to hitting us with Frozen news every other week. People can get burned out (I’m close to there myself). Then what? I think they need to take it easy. I’m with you, I’m not too comfortable with how Disney is handling Frozen-mania. It’s like they’re not thinking rationally or something. I don’t know. I’ll definitely ride the ride because I’m a huge Disney/animation nerd. However, I don’t know if I agree with all that they’re doing.
