At least the cover art looks MUCH better than before. It’s a shame that the bonus features suck, because I actually like what the movie offers – a decent story of the typical guy rising to the top with his natural talent, a heroine that really is underrated and underappreciated [I <3 Megara. She's one of the better Disney females in the animated canon, and she's got a great song too.], and a really fun baddie in the form of Hades.

Finally have time to watch all these blu ray reviews you posted, Morgan! Hercules is MY JAM, but it’s a shame they didn’t add anything to this release, and are basically expecting us to shell out $$ solely because it’s converted to HD (which, granted, it’s HERCULES, so I WILL. But I’m still grumbly about it). At least for Tarzan they have some pretty solid bonus features – everything ever should have an audio commentary!!

I appreciate Herculus more now then when it was first released. This is problably because when I first saw it we had only acces to the dutch version. Now that I have the bluray i can listen to the english cast and the english gospel chorus is much better then the dutch.

Well I only think of this movie only because it was out when I was born, but other than that its ok, I like Megara a ton and Hades is just Bad A**! But its a movie for me to give a pass only cuz I love greek mythology and it just didn’t sustain to it (I KNOW ITS A KIDS MOVIE BUT STILL!!!)
