Hahaha good point. WORLD CUP! And while I also have sequel fatigue, I think there are some movies that should have them…and others that really shouldn’t. Obviously I think this one should 😉

Oh, don’t worry! I’ll keep my mind open, I’ll see all these things hoping they’re good. I just have severe sequel fatigue and, quite frankly, I can’t think of no movies I care about during the World Cup.

It’s also very useful to make you think I don’t like Pacific Rim that much anymore because plots and secrets.

The animated series, though… that’s where my worries are at, since TV animation is of less quality than feature animation, and it really depends on the style and budget it will have.

I personally think GDT is at his prime – his PRIME, which means almost anything he works on right now (depending on at what capacity) is going to be amazing. I had fears that his book to TV series ‘The Strain’ would be a bust but all the previews and featurettes that are coming out for that look au-maze-ng.

Besides, there’s so much story to get into. It doesn’t have to take place immidiately where we left off, in fact it would probably be best if it was years after. I have ideas of where the whole thing is going, including Jaeger Kaiju hybrids and Godzilla guest starring, which I think would be super amazing. Keep an open mind dude. And you know I will eat my words…computer if it’s not at least as good as the original…though I am a little weirded out by the animated series. But who knows? could be gold…
