I love Anna Kendrick but she is Oscar nominated not winning actress 🙂 I wonder how those people who feel that all female main characters in animated films are princesses will that about a troll princess… But it is good news that this is a musical, the more musicals the better. I just hope this is a real musical and the songs are not pop or anything else.

I may not have liked the Trolls dolls brands growing up as a girl but Anna Kendrick voicing a character? Hmm may go see it. If it’s good.

In reply to Guest. It is so well received I remember when all the little girls in 97 went crazy buying Anastasia merchandise. To this day every female I know tells me how their favorite animated film is Anastasia and not Beauty and the Beast or Little Mermaid. Seriously though it's ironic that after the sucess of Tangled and Frozen Dreamworks is trying to get in on the animated musical. The genre may not be a Disney exclusive but Disney does it best.

I don’t know how I feel about this because I didn’t like her in ‘Paranorman’. But I can’t decide if I just was displeased with her voice acting or if it was just her character who annoyed me.

In reply to Dave. Princess musical movie is not an exclusive Disney genre. Any animation studios have the freedom to do it. Also remember "Anastasia (1997 film)" is not Disney but it well received
