The animation is this movie always creeped me out as a kid. I did see Ralph Bakshis American Pop. It is rather adult, and the animation was weird. I guess “rotoscoping” has that look artistically.

In reply to Mason Smith. Well...as kind of a combination of All Dogs go to Heaven, Pinocchio, Wind in the Willows and the Godfather movies. I mean the book is about a doomed romance and I think I wanna do a movie about love and redmeption. I mean a group of cherubic characters were sent down to Earth to admonish Margarita for selling herself to the devil. It would be like the cherubic characters would be like Ratty and Moley and Margarita would be like a Disney princess but with the personality of Mr. Toad.
