they didn't brag. they just said its that much money, and they put it their all into the film. and also, animation studios r SUPPOSED to spend money on their animation becoz that's one part of making an animated film so good. if it looks crappy, people will hate it like the nut job. heck, even some said frozen's animation isn't impessive at all and didn't like it. so animation plays a huge part.

Its such a shame, Walt Disney Pictures is doing well, Walt Disney Animation is doing very well, The Disney Channels are doing well, Abc is not doing very well this season, Pixar is not doing very well (except for cars which is the only thing bringing The Walt Disney Company money), Disney Toons are doing quite good with the popularity of tinker bell and surprising numbers from Planes, Pixar Canada is gone, 300 people cut from ESPN and quite a few ESPN international channels are closing down and now more cuts into the Disney interactive. Come on Disney, they need to stop spending so much money on animations and stop boasting on how much they are spending. Despicable Me 2 Proved that you don't have to spend so much money on a movie to be successful. I remember when Disney was boasting that they spent so much money on tangled and its their highest budgeted movie, No One Cares!
