They haven’t made any trailers yet, plus it won’t come out for quite some time. So be a little more patient with this movie. I feel like were supposed to just scratch the surface at this point.

we still don’t know if HTTYD2 will be a good sequel or not. im not really fans of dreamworks sequels besides kung fu panda 2……

It’s going to be interesting to see how WDAS pulls off the action sequences (I expect a lot of them too). I hope this movie doesn’t go the path of The Good Dinosaur. After all, WDAS have nothing in their slate for 2015 so a push-back won’t complicate things much.
I just did a little research on Frozen casting, and it looks like Kristen Bell was cast earliest at 20 months before the film’s release. Others were cast between 11 to 5 months before the release date.
Well, we should AT LEAST know who voices the lead character(s) for BH6 soon!

I certainly hope so! It’ll be a close call between Frozen vs. The Wind Rises.

Big Hero 6 will also have to pull out all the stops if it wants to beat How To Train Your Dragon 2 and its nostalgia factor.

That certainly could be the case, though that would be very worrisome. It could also be the fact that the cast aren’t famous.

We knew about the Frozen cast for a while ahead of release (at least for Anna and Elsa). Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Johnathan Groff, and Josh Gad weren’t extremely famous, but they were pretty well known and each had their loyal fan base. In the Big Hero 6 comics, the entire team was Japanese (except for maybe Fred), so maybe Disney decided to get Japanese voice actors that could speak English fluently to remain true to the source. America isn’t exactly full of Japanese celebrities, the actors could be unknown, so there would be no point in announcing the cast. Grant it, Wasabi Ginger is now African American-ish, but still, who knows?

I also think that this movie is going to have a lot more action than we are use to seeing in a Disney animated film. Now, I am no animation expert, but I expect those would take longer to animate, and that there might not be as many talking scenes. I still think we’ll get a lot of emotional moments and character interactions (it IS a Disney film after all), just not as many as say, Frozen.
