It's an odd mix of funny-animal fun and mild "adult" humor (I see the preposterously sexy panther isn't on the cover, and while that orangutan isn't gay, he's very fey while his mate is a deep-voiced behemoth; meanwhile, the donkey can be noticed slipping from cabin to cabin romancing other ungulates and the rabbits are multiplying 24/7) and if it's not severely cut, it's bound to enrage somebody.

I have the original bilingual Argentinian DVD release, and I'm curious if the original English audio (produced by Buena Vista!) is on the Shout! release. I don't see it in the description, but it would be too bad if they dropped the (subtitled) Spanish audio; the English-language cast did...all right, but the original voice cast was terrific.

The score is also very fine, and well worth the trouble of going to the composers' website and downloading a few tracks (no soundtrack release, sadly).
