If you’re saying that “Frozen” is a super generic name that a lot of people might use, I’d normally agree, but c’mon–look at that logo! They are making no attempt to hide it.

Just goes to show that brand recognition is highly prized enough that people will try to eek their way into it undeserved.

There are also grown-ups who may get confused and think the two movies are the same or at the very least, connected in some way. This has happened many times before with rip-offs of previous smash hit movies. It’s why Disney is cracking down on the perps.

Those companies are naming their movies the same as Disney’s on purpose no matter what. It’s not about the name of the movie. They’re trying to profit off Disney’s name when people mistake the copycat films for the real thing.
