Great podcast, guys! And great guest-starring, Blake! Morgan, you were amazing as always! And Mason, you were enjoyable as well especially with your voices: Bert (sounded like a mixture of Michael Caine and Sean Connery), Prince John, Thomas O'Malley, etc. (Unless those were done by Blake and if so, then great job with the voices, Blake!).

I honestly believe "Mary Poppins" to be the BEST Disney movie ever, although not my personal #1 favorite. I recently reviewed this for my blog and gave it a 100% rating.

I did read one of the "Mary Poppins" books when I was younger, but I don't remember it at all. I DO remember that it was quite different from the film though. The kids even have two baby siblings in the books.

The "Fidelity Fiduciary Bank" song is my favorite song from the film and David Tomlinson (who also provides the voice of one of the penguins and Mary Poppins' umbrella) is my favorite actor from the film. I wish we could find more news/interviews/facts about this amazing actor, but he seems to have led a pretty private life.

I am not a huge fan of the animated sequence and kinda understand why P.L. Travers wanted it cut, but in the end, I'm glad that it wasn't cut. But, I agree with Blake that "Stay Awake" could've been cut and I wouldn't have missed it.

P.L. Travers told Walt that she didn't want Mary Poppins and Bert to have any sort of romantic connection, so that's why the question whether or not they're lovers is somewhat ambiguous.

Oh and Blake, from my knowledge, it seems that the only way that P.L. Travers would allow Cameron Mackintosh to adapt her books into a musical was on the condition that no Americans be part of it, only British people.

I don't have a cool "Mason theory", but I know that Mary Poppins and Mrs. Banks were in the same scene in which Mary Poppins tricks Mr. Banks into taking the kids to work with him.

Apparently, Marc Breaux, the choreographer for "Mary Poppins" died three days ago...the same day as Walt's daughter, Diane Disney Miller. Sad and Interesting at the same time.

"Saving Mr. Banks" has been my #1 awaited film for 2013, even more so than "Frozen". I'm extremely excited about the idea, although I'm not fond of Tom Hanks' portrayal of Walt Disney. I predict that this film will definitely be nominated for Oscars (Emma Thompson for Best Actress, at least), although I doubt that it'll be a financial success especially since it's being released (in the USA) on the same day as "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug".

Final question, how exactly will the nominations for the Rotoscopers Awards be determined? Will we be voting for them or will a list of nominations already be given to us come time to vote for the winners?

P.S. Was Dick's name intentionally censored in the description of the podcast, lol?

Love this movie, so much but I think this trend of liking it as a kid, but losing interest halfway through applies to me too. Definitely appreciate it more as an adult, and when that opening orchestration of Feed the Birds starts, I get such chills.

Stellar podcast as ever, guys, your impersonations of the English accents are hysterical (in a good way!). One fun fact I find so heartwarming about this movie is that the dancing chimney sweeps are the same old men with the yellow flowers during 'That's How You Know' in Enchanted years later.
