Couldn't agree more about the voice. Bill Scott's voice GAVE Peabody personality. It's like making a movie of the Incredible Hulk and making him blue instead of green. The makers of this movie should have found an imitation.

What I'm kind of confused about is that the original cartoon was titled, Peabody's Improbable History, correct? I understand them changing the name (which is frequently done)...but I'm kind of confused as to why Penny's name wasn't included in the title. The trailer makes the three (Peabody, Sherman, and Penny) out to be more of a trio than a duo. Maybe she was left out since she wasn't a part of the original cartoons (or wasn't as vital if she did appear)? I was just kind of caught off guard since she seems really prominent in this trailer. Maybe it'll be different in the film, and we'll see more of a duo.

Bits of her really reminded me of Mandy from Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Did her character exist prior to the film? I've never seen the original cartoons. I googled her quickly but didn't see anything.

This is a pretty good trailer. I like the animation and time misadventures scenario seems fun and interesting. What I really like about the trailer is that the humor looks to be pretty subtle, aside from a few instances, and we get a little taste of the emotional aspect of the film. Looking forward to it.

Both this and Dragons 2 look like really good movies. If "Home" has a trailer that's as good as the other two films, DreamWorks is in for an amazing year.

Wow, the film looks really enjoyable and colorful. It's not often that I get excited for a Dreamworks Animation film.

The problem I have with the film is the voice acting. Many of the voice performances don't seem to be that good. Ty Burrell seems to fluctuate from being OK to bad in his voicing capabilities. Then again, he probably is better than what Robert Downey Jr. would've been...I can't say. The voices of Sherman and the girl are okay and seem to fit. But many of the historical characters don't seem sincere...but that's just how I see it.

Regardless, I'm still looking forward for the movie.

That's no excuse for making an inferior product;) I'm ok with them taking liberties with the design, and the voice over guy... but dumbing down the humor? Sad.
