I saw this special last night, and I absolutely loved it. Combat Carl, in particular, was hilarious and I liked that Jessie got to be the hero because she's my favorite character in the Toy Story franchise. The conclusion to it was pretty cool, and it ended differently than I was expecting it to. I enjoyed the references to horror films and how Mr.Pricklepants knew everything that was going to happen just from horror movie trademarks alone. Overall, I agree about it being great.
