This is great news. Red was 10 times the trainer Ash was. This means possessed Channelers, mobster Team Rocket goons, and MORE GIOVANNI! (and possibly MISSINGNO?) I’m highly interested in a cartoon adaptation that’s faithful to the Gen 1 games. Also a brilliant marketing move.
