Yeah but it was part of Stitch’s character to jump into films and “mess them up”. Olaf looks like he’s there as comic relief. Disney has created some hilarious sidekicks but others, meh, not as much.

Agree. Everything about this image and characters are perfection…and then there’s Olaf. He looks like he’s from a movie and just jumped in the frame saying, “Surprise!” Much like Stitch in the old Lilo & Stitch commercials.
