					<description><![CDATA[I bet the reason Glen Keane wasn&#039;t included until now is because he was still employed with the company. Once someone retires, then they can really fully honor them for their lifetime of work. Now, I know there are still people who currently work for Disney who get the award, but that&#039;s just my thought. I think--for the most part--that&#039;s the way Disney likes to do it.]]></description>
