MCC is my personal favorite Christmas Carol adaptations and feels very nostalgic to me. The current release of the short on DVD runs for about 64 minutes and includes that, The Small One, Pluto’s Christmas Tree, and Santa’s Workshop. The “making of” special has a 24 minute running time, so they’ll likely to throw that one in, too, along with an additional short.

A Very Pooh Year is an interesting release because half of the Winnie the Pooh and Christmas, Too television special from 1991, and the other half of its direct-to video sequel from 2002 (Happy Pooh Year). I’m sure the latter half will look great, but I’m curious to see how they handle the former since The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh series has yet to be seen in high-definition (the HD broadcasts of it are just upconversions).
