Noooo that’s exactly what I’ve been hating about kid’s movies lately!! The pacing’s too fast, like getting that book you’ve been waiting for all year and then devouring it in three or four hours!I miss the old movies that gave us time to absorb the story. They’re underestimating children’s attention spans. Just like the studios who think colors and jokes is all you need for a kids movie (whoops, was that a Shark Tale reference?).

That aside….I’m glad he’s been thinking about it. AND I’m SUPER glad he’s not just pushing it for the money, but waiting for the inspiration to click.
