Just watched Monsters U. It seems those four actors were Additional Voices in that film.

In reply to Debbie. This being a Pixar film, the lead role would most likely go to a live-action character actor and/or stand-up comic. Lasseter's non-Pixar Disney movies actually seem to have more full-time VAs in roles outside of "Additional Voices".

I have a feeling the film is Inside Out, mainly because I can imagine Tara Strong voicing the girl who’s mind the story is about. I don’t know, maybe it’s just wishful thinking on my part. I’m excited that Tara Strong is going to be in it, whatever movie it is.

I’m surprised he was so candid. Usually PIXAR is the one that makes the big formal announcement. For this reason, I think that he’s and those actors he mentioned are probably background characters.

As to the movie…no idea. If he’s a background character, maybe they don’t record that dialogue until near the end (maybe one year out). That could mean it’s The Good Dinosaur. But if he’s a main character, then that dialogue gets recorded (and rerecorded as the script changes) years before the film is released.
