Happy Holidays! While some of us still resent starting even Halloween this early, Disney is plowing through to the holiday season with some musical sneak peeks of Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.
The new, 22-minute featurette from Walt Disney Animation Studios will debut November 22 in theaters with Pixar’s Coco. Announced today, the soundtrack will release November 3rd.
Frozen voice talent Idina Menzel (Elsa), Kristen Bell (Anna), and Josh Gad (Olaf) unveiled quick snippets of some of the new songs we’ll hear in the new story. Take a listen!
The new songs are written by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson, different from Frozen‘s original songwriting duo of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.
Walt Disney World also announced this week that some of the songs from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure will be added to the live show For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Olaf will be added to the cast of the show, joining Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff.
What do you think of the new songs? Will you enjoy the full soundtrack November 3, or wait to hear them on the big screen November 22?
