Happy Holidays! While some of us still resent starting even Halloween this early, Disney is plowing through to the holiday season with some musical sneak peeks of Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.

The new, 22-minute featurette from Walt Disney Animation Studios will debut November 22 in theaters with Pixar’s Coco. Announced today, the soundtrack will release November 3rd.

Frozen voice talent Idina Menzel (Elsa), Kristen Bell (Anna), and Josh Gad (Olaf) unveiled quick snippets of some of the new songs we’ll hear in the new story. Take a listen!

The new songs are written by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson, different from Frozen‘s original songwriting duo of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

Walt Disney World also announced this week that some of the songs from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure will be added to the live show For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Olaf will be added to the cast of the show, joining Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff.

What do you think of the new songs? Will you enjoy the full soundtrack November 3, or wait to hear them on the big screen November 22?

I went to the panel for this short at D23 and I was really impressed. I like the songs and I think it will be something sweet for Christmas

  • Phoenix Wright

I’m excited! I’ve loved When We’re Together since I heard it in the trailer, and those other two songs sound pretty good too. Now I just have to decide whether or not I will listen to the soundtrack before seeing the short. Ideally I would rather wait till I see the short, but I’m not sure I’ll have to patience to wait a whole month

    • Manuel Orozco

I’m going to wait until I see the short!

  • Angelo Thomas

I totally understand that some people still have Frozen fatigue, but I really loved the movie and I’m super excited for this featurette and the sequel. Bring it, Disney!

  • Fadi Antwan

I can’t wait to hear “When We’re Together” in full. I really like what I’ve heard of it so far.

  • Manuel Orozco

New songs sound incredibly written. I’m just going to wait until the special airs on ABC in December to hear them full.

    • Yellow

It’s still going to air on TV? That’s even better.

      • Manuel Orozco

It was revealed in a tweet a while back. Probably explains why the short will be in theatres for a limited time only.

  • Chelsea Warner

I got to be honest. Even though I thought Frozen was a good movie, I’m so sick and tired of seeing it wherever I go. I don’t mind seeing this with Coco, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

    • Manuel Orozco

I don’t blame you. Which is why I’m going to wait until the special airs on ABC possibly and watch it whenever I have some alone time.

I like what I’m hearing. So thats three of the four new songs, can’t wait to hear the other one too.

  • I literally felt like I was being emotionally manipulated.

  • Bob Smith

I like that Anna and Elsa will do some more singing together. I guess they’re sort of inseparable to me.

  • I know Frozen is still everywhere but I can’t help be super excited for this!! I love these characters just too much to ignore! And these songs sound really fun and heartwarming especially “When We’re Together” and “Ring in The Season” they make me feel so jolly! :)))

Saying this now “When We’re Together” is the best of them all and will probably be played a BILLION times when released on ITunes… my gosh, I WANT THIS SONG!!
