‘Voltron: Legendary Defender’ VR Game Coming This Fall

Soon, anyone will be able to defend the universe as a Paladin of Voltron.

Well, anyone with a VR gaming system, that is.

DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles will place fans of Voltron: Legendary Defender, which has a fourth season coming to Netflix this October, in the cockpit of one of the show’s signature lions. The game will be available on PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift for $14.99. Check out the game trailer below:

It appears that players will traverse the galactic terrain as fan-favorite Lance, who pilots the Blue Lion despite his switch to the Red Lion in the show’s third season. Allura and Coran seem to be holding down the fort on the castle’s bridge, and Galra ships will be at players’ mercy as they fly alongside Hunk, Shiro, Pidge, and Keith. Combat is only part of the game, however, as puzzles are also involved. Team Voltron and their Galra enemies are voiced by their respective actors from the show.

DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles will arrive September 26 and is now available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store.
