Seth Rogen continues to bring his raunchy comedic style to animation in the second Red Band trailer for Sausage Party. The new trailer was released at San Diego Comic Con following a panel with writers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.
The two minutes and forty-four seconds trailer does a brilliant job at highlighting the film’s absurdist humor and dedication to detailed animation. The animated movie tells the story of Frank, a sausage who soon discovers the horrible purpose of his existence and sets out on a quest to stop it. Check out the trailer below.
The film is directed by Greg Tiernan and Conrad Vernon with a script penned by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Kyle Hunter, and Ariel Shaffir. The film’s all-star comedic cast include Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, and Salma Hayek.
