The Secret Life of Pets, the newest film from the creators of Despicable Me and Minions, is for some people the most anticipated animated film of this year. The teaser trailer, that hit the web last year got many people, including people outside the animation community, talking and from the looks of this first full trailer, Illumination Entertainment has yet another hit on their hands with The Secret Life of Pets.
This first, full trailer introduces us to one of the film’s main characters, Snowball, played by comedian Kevin Hart. We also get some new looks at the film including the films’ other two leads Max (C.K Louis) and Duke (Eric Stonestreet). Check it out!
Taking place in a Manhattan apartment building, Max’s life as a favorite pet is turned upside down, when his owner brings home a sloppy mongrel named Duke. They have to put their quarrels behind when they find out that an adorable white bunny named Snowball is building an army of abandoned pets determined to take revenge on all happy-owned pets and their owners.
The Secret Life of Pets opens in theaters on July 8.
