A new international trailer for Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur debuted on the film’s Facebook page over the weekend. The trailer features some extended scenes from the trailer that dropped earlier this year as well as some first looks at some of the characters in the film.
Where the previous trailer didn’t feature any dialogue, in this new trailer we got to hear (and see) some of the film’s characters for the first time. The film’s main character, Arlo (voiced by Raymond Ochoa), who had only one spoken line of dialogue in the previous trailer, had quite a few lines of dialogue in this new trailer, and in this trailer we get a really good sense of what to expect from this character. We also got to hear and see Jeffrey Wright’s Poppa for the first time as well as Sam Elliott’s T-Rex character, Buck.
Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur is directed by Peter Sohn and produced by Denise Ream from a screenplay by Meg LeFauve. The film includes the voice talents of Raymond Ochoa, Jack Bright, Jeffrey Wright, Frances McDormand, Marcus Scribner, Steve Zahn, Anna Paquin, A.J Buckley, and Sam Elliott as Butch.
The Good Dinosaur asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? In this epic journey into the world of dinosaurs, an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of. The Good Dinosaur hits theaters on November 25.
