Still listening but I totally screamed a little when Morgan mentioned me as being one of your frequent voicemailers. I am a shameless fangirl.

    • Ryan Prieto

Its always wonderful to hear your voicemail:)

      • Sarah

^ You just made me smile! Leaving voicemails has actually helped me be a little less shy with making real phone calls. I love being able to leave my thoughts on movies. Plus this podcast is the awesomest and deserves even more love than I can leave in a voicemail.

        • Ryan Prieto

I feel you It took me 2 years to start leaving voice mails. It is the best podcast. I can’t wait to see what it becomes in the next 3 years.

          • Sarah

Nothing but awesometastic things I bet! Here’s to many more years of podcasting.

  • Alissa Roy

Thank you all so much. I may not be able to write or contribute as much as I would always like, but I always feel blessed to know that there is a community here where we can all collaborate and share our nerdy based love. Listening to you guys for the past one hundred episodes, and even getting to talk to you on an episode has been amazing and I can’t wait to see where this show will continue to go, and I am just so pleased to be along for the ride and able to contribute when I can (as I write this I am looking at all of those amazing pictures of everyone in their shirts. I am still baffled and humbled that people are wearing my design! You all look fantastic.) Thank you all, Morgan, Chelsea, and Mason for everything you have done, and all of the knowledge and joy you have brought to your listeners. (Also- a shout out to Mark who included me in his limerick! The entire RotoTeam is truly kind and supportive so I was glad to see your recognition of all of the amazing people I get to work with.)

  • Sarah

Awesome podcast as always! Mason needs to watch Oliver and Company! It’s my favorite Disney movie! What will you guys be reviewing next? I can’t wait for episode 101.

    • Michael

Oh no! They should have done 101 Dalmations for episode 101! That would have been awesome 😛

      • Sarah

I was thinking the same thing! Maybe they can do the sequel. I can hear Morgan and Chelsea saying no XD.

    • Sarah

Also Mason you aren’t missing much with Wall-E. I honestly did not like that movie. I was so glad to take it back after renting it XD

      • Mason Smith

I know but I can’t call myself a lover of animation if I haven’t religiously watched every Pixar film.

        • Sarah

I was going to jokingly suggest denying the fact you haven’t seen it. Little late for that. My dad loved it but I got bored after about 30 minutes.

          • Dustin

WHAT! Wall-E was excellent and the silent movie style of the first half was the best part. Easily top five for me. Sure, it and Cars 2 are easily the most political Pixar movies and some people can’t get around the messages it portrays. But it does portray them in a far better way than Cars 2 did. It’s also Pixar’s only Scifi movie… I think.

        • Jerrico

          You are finally redeemed.

  • Katie

Thank you so much for the response to my voicemail. It was so sweet and made me smile. It was also super special when Chelsea and Mason sang the my little pony theme song. Thanks for that. I can’t wait to see the commentary on Equestria Girls. I’m broke right now but I’m hoping to become a patron eventually. Till them I’ll see if I can get my mom to pay for the commentary. And thank you Rachel for the one of the best Rotoscopers quote. Some other quotes I love is Santa’s a communists and when Mason couldn’t pronounce tradigital. Don’t worry Mason I can’t pronounce stuff either. By the way the next Equestria Girls movie might have a theater release so if I accidentally condemned you to do it I’m sorry. Love you podcast.

    • Ryan Prieto

Good going on the Equestria Girls, you finally broke him.

      • Katie

        Woo-Hoo!!

  • Ryan Prieto

Look at our peeps up there (Love that picture). It was so wonderful to listen to this 100th episode!!!!! Thank you so much to the Rotoscopers I look at you all (the community included) as a family member that can equal and surpass, my love and knowledge of animation. Lots of love you guys, and another great podcast Chelsea, Mason, and Morgan.

  • Baymax

Marylanders suck 🙁 but you had a good time

  • surfercharlie25

Haha, you can totally tell that it was 2 AM when I recorded my voicemail 🙂 I sound SO tired! Thank you so much for the kind words, though!

Anyway, excellent podcast, guys! It was the perfect way to top off a fantastic 100 episodes. Here’s to the next hundred, and here’s to all being here to celebrate the bicentennial when it comes! And, of course, thank you, Morgan, Mason, and Chelsea, for the amount of work you guys put into the site, podcast, etc. 🙂

(And, Mark, thank you so much for the shout-out in your poem!)

  • Jo

The book series about cats that Mason is referring to is Warriors by Erin Hunter. =)

    • Mason Smith

      Aha THANK YOU!

  • Congrats again, guys! Here’s looking to 100 more episodes!

Thank you, Morgan, Mason, and Chelsea for loving my limerick! It means a lot to me! If anyone is interested, here are the lyrics to my limerick poem:

O Rotoscopers, what can one say?

We can sit here and just chat all day

    about the pleasures you’ve given

    the zeal that you’ve driven

into our hearts in an animated way

    Started around two thousand twelve

this idea was long on your shelves

    to have a great podcast,

over the ‘Net to be broadcast,

and into animation you all would delve

You quickly gained a devoted fanbase

an eclectic group you could never replace

    from all over the world

    anim addicts unfurled

and your podcast they all would embrace

You got invited to red carpet premieres

the Podcast Awards were like new frontiers

    And we all shall remember

    when you started Frozember

And made Frozen a film one reveres

And your guest stars, both old age and youth

ranged from Steve Hickner to good ol’ Don Bluth

there was Bill Farmer and Glen Keane

    Christopher Knights from the screen

Chris Horne and many more, ain’t that the truth?

To whom do we all owe this thanks,

well that goes to the top three in the ranks

    Chelsea and Mason

    and Morgan, let’s hasten

to show them our gratitude, no pranks.

    Morgan, let’s start with you

you hold the team together like glue

    The marketing major

    A great one, I wager

And one who can quote Simpsons too

Chelsea, you’re next on my list

When you’re absent, you are always missed

    Your musical talent,

Which can be described as gallant,

adds to your animation knowledge a great twist

    Mason, you’re a comedy star

Always making us laugh: Hardee Har Har,

    You’re an expert at voices

    So many animated choices,

and you’re the best animator among us, by far

Writing about you three exhausts all my pens

Your good points, well there are no ends

    You’re amazing and awesome

    like A Goofy Movie’s possum,

and I’m honored to call you my friends

But let’s not forget the others who work

so hard on this site and don’t shirk

All those past and those present

    They’ve all been so pleasant

Time to bring them out to shine and not lurk

Blake’s Disney love will always amaze ya

And Gary can be found there in Asia,

    There’s Eric and MJ

    and Matthew and AJ

and Pablo’s fave Disney movie’s Anastasia

There’s the two Alex’s and Hannah, for real

And Max, Kyle, and Megan for whom the bells peal

    Alissa loves Charlie Brown

Kajsa won’t ever make you feel down

and Brandon writes articles with such zeal

A podcast guest star was once Whitney Grace,

Dallin, Cole, Jed, and Stephen are all ace

Jonathan and Kelly are all but minor,

    Ryan’s our graphic designer,

and Mayra comes first in the Studio Ghibli race

Summing up, I’m filled with such elation,

To witness the 100th episode of this station,

So if you’re just like me,

    And love the Rotoscopers truly,

You can help them by becoming a Patreon

  • Way to go, Rotoscopers! Thank you so much for consistently putting out great animation content over the past three years. I’ve been listening to the show since episode 32 – Toy Story 2, and ever since then I have been eagerly awaiting the next podcast episode. You’ve also introducing me to films I probably wouldn’t have seen otherwise, like Cats Don’t Dance and The Thief and the Cobbler. I’m really thankful you all have been part of my life and that you for provide awesome animation discussions which I and so many people have thoroughly enjoyed! One more thing, WALL-E happens to be my favorite movie of all time, so I’d say that film is a MUST WATCH for Mason!

  • Mason Smith

    THE BOOK KING!

  • Niranjan

What was that website/community that’s sells indie software licenses?

  • Congratulations on reaching 100 Episodes.
In regards to your Nerdy Couch Discussion: I can’t say I am a fan of any particular studio’s work, but I love several movie Franchises: Lion King (Disney), Kimba The White Lion/Jungle Emperor (Tezuka Productions), Balto (Universal), Ice Age (Fox), Kung Fu Panda (DreamWorks), and Alpha and Omega (Lionsgate) just to name a few.

  • k

Happy 100th episode! many more to come!
Why did you not record a video of Chelsea and Mason meeting for the first time.
I would have loved to have seen that.

    • Chelsea Robson

We did… we have yet to edit all the video we got over the meet-up. Should be up before Sept. 🙂

      • k

        Looking forward to it.

        “Hi”
        “Oh, hey…. you’re shorter then I thought ”

Can you dub it so its like those youtube video where their saying something totally different. (squeaky voice helps)

  • Jeremiah Bok

Listening to this one for the first time is an experience. I will definitely come back to it, it’s like being wrapped in a magic fuzzy blanket that doesn’t get wet while in a bubble bath.
