My question is if this took place in the 60s, how come they have technology we have never even developed.

    • Katie

I guess we’re supposed to believe that there are special weapons in the “villain world” that are more advanced than regular world technology?

I don’t know! I suppose we just have roll with it.

      • surfercharlie25

That’s what I was thinking, Katie. It’s the same thing with the gadgets in the 1960s Bond films. They have technology that we haven’t developed yet, and they’re set in the ’60s 🙂

That’s the way technology works in real life; the military is usually at least half a decade ahead of the civilan market when it comes to being technologically advanced. I would think that villains would always be trying to develop bigger & better weapons, and, as a result, their technology would be more advanced than the “common people’s.” 🙂

Ooh, I hope our troops have lava guns.

  • Katie

Another great episode, Rotoscopers! I can’t wait to the what 100th episode brings (I’m with Mason- A Rotoscopers musical? I mean come on. It must happen), and episodes beyond that as well. The future of Rotoscopers looks very promising, and I can’t wait to see what happens.

Keep calm and podcast on 🙂

    • Thanks, Katie! We’re excited too. The 100th episode is going to be so much fun.

  • Kidan Abreha

I never seen Minions yet but I obviously know what’s going to happen, thanks to the trailers, and I will next week, and I’ve been waiting for you guys to do this episode and I’m very glad that you guys made it to your goal, as you said in your last episode, and I can’t wait for next year’s podcasts. Keep up the great work fellow Rotoscopers

    • Mason Smith

      Next year’s? It’s only July!

  • Sarah

Morgan scared me XD. I thought she was going to say the final podcast. I was about to cry. Great podcast! I love you guys so much. Now if you’ll excuse me I need to go leave a voicemail!

    • Sarah

And with that said I just sent my voicemail. I went 4 seconds over the limit. whoopsy! I got a little carried away.

  • Adam Ln

Funniest line from the film “Plantain”.

  • fox animator

I really wanted to do a voice mail for this one but oh well maybe next episode

  • Since Minions is a Prequel it really isn’t a problem that you reviewed it first. Despite the fact that it is the third movie in the franchise.

  • Chris K

Haven’t seen Minions yet but this might be my fave podcast yet, mainly because I was in the international 5-star reviews! woohoo!

  • I definitely want that lava gun. (Use with caution!) But the Overkills stole the movie for me. A supervillainess and her husband in a-head-over-heels relationship surrounded by piles of gold and stolen art was so much fun to watch. I predict a lot of Scarlet and Herb cosplay in the future.

  • Great podcast! I agree with you all: it is what it is. It’s what I expected from a movie called ‘Minions’.

I actually treated myself to seeing this in the theaters and really didn’t like it when I first saw it. But, on a rewatch on DVD, I liked it a lot more! Not sure why?
