Pixar’s ‘Inside Out’: Four New Stills

Earlier today, Pixar revealed on its Facebook page that the second trailer for Inside Out will make its debut on the Ellen DeGeneres show tomorrow.

Last week Pixar announced that a new trailer for Inside Out would debut later this week, today we learned that the trailer will make its debut tomorrow exclusively on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. They announced this with a little teaser that shows all the emotions interacting with each other which can be seen below.

At this point, we’ve seen a few Inside Out teasers that gave a first impression of what to expect from the film, but so far Pixar has kept this project pretty much a secret. We hardly know anything about the story and there are a few characters that were leaked during the New York Toy Fair that Pixar hasn’t even officially revealed yet. This new trailer will probably give us a broader look at the film and give a better impression at the film’s main plot.

Tomorrow, Amy Poehler (Joy) and Bill Hader (Fear) will join the Ellen DeGeneres show as guests to discuss Inside Out. On Wednesday Mindy kaling (Disgust) will also be a guest on the show.

”From the tepuis of South America to a monster-filled metropolis, Academy Award®-winning director Pete Docter has taken audiences to unique and imaginative places. In 2015, he will take us to the most extraordinary location of all – inside the mind of an 11-year-old named Riley.

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city,
house and school.”

Inside Out will debut in theaters on June 19. Find out when Ellen is on in your area here.
