Being a fan of Nickelodeon’s The Legend of Korra can be excruciating. For months and months, there has been no news, no whisper about the next season. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked Michael Dante DiMartino (****, that’s a cool name!), who is the showrunner of Korra, used his tumblr to announce that Season 3 is complete, as Hypable reports. All of the episodes are animated, the music is done and the sound has been mixed. Why, oh why don’t we have a release date then? Only Nickelodeon knows.

But the wait will be worth it if DiMartino’s claims are to be believed! After all, here’s what the writer said: “We’re so proud of everyone who worked so hard to make Book 3 the best season of Korra yet!”. Although the show was received with mixed reviews, its fans are extremely passionate and the series is without a doubt brilliant when everything falls into place. The second half of Season 2 was nothing short of extraordinary.

Are you excited about Season 3 of The Legend of Korra? Would you like us to cover it more thoroughly here at The Rotoscopers? Let us know in the comments!
