‘Frozen’ Wins at 41st Annual Annie Awards – Full Winner List

41-annual-annie-awardThe 41st Annual Annie Awards were held on February 1st at UCLA’s Royce Hall. These awards are given specifically to films that have exceeded in the animation world, varying through about 30 different topics from best feature to character animation.

And unsurprisingly, Disney’s Frozen won several awards, including Best Animated Feature.

The Annie’s are usually a fairly good indicator as to who will win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, so we can take a fairly good guess that this won’t be the only trophy that Frozen will be bringing home this award season (in addition to its Golden Globe win earlier this month).

For anyone who wants to watch the Annie’s in full, you can view them here.

Some of her all-time favorite films include Mulan, The LEGO Movie, Up, Tangled, and The Lion King. She also collects old Peanuts comic strips, and spends her free time reading, writing for the Rotoscopers, and working a variety of jobs. You can follow Alissa on Instagram and Twitter: @ThisAlissa.
