It looks like the marketing for Monsters University is now firing on all cylinders. After the spoiler-filled japanese trailer that was released just yesterday, two new viral ads are now online. You can watch them here and here. They are totally spoiler-free, since they’re just promoting the university, not the actual movie.
The animation for this movie really looks amazing. It looks like rewriting their whole animation software for Brave was really worth it. The difference between the original Monsters, Inc and this will be very noticeable, once again proving Pixar’s constant need for improvement. The animation looks very, very impressive. In fact, this is accurate representation of our reaction:
Let’s hope the quality of the story stays the same!
